Susan L. Nadathur, RN, MA, ICCE is Cross Cultural Encounters' principal Spanish language trainer. Susan is a nationally-recognized author, speaker and Spanish instructor with an established reputation for excellence and innovation in Spanish for health care professionals. She is a registered nurse with a Masters Degree in Spanish, and is a Certified Childbirth Educator currently teaching at Hospital La Concepción in San Germán, Puerto Rico. Susan has extensive professional experience and has gained a deep understanding of diverse perspectives on health within the Hispanic community. She brings to CCE workshops a genuine enthusiasm for the subject, solid experience in Spanish language instruction for adult learners, and a unique, motivational style.
Sita Nadathur is Cross Cultural Encounters student intern and technical assistant. A native of Lajas, Puerto Rico, Sita adds warmth and charm to our programs. She is a CCE student-in-training currently working with the prepared childbirth education program at Hospital de la Concepcion in San German and with CCE programs nationwide. Students enjoy Sita for her enthusiastic participation in training and teaching activities. |

Maria Rodriquez, is Cross Cultural Encounter's principal cultural trainer. A native of San German, Puerto Rico, Maria is a registered nurse and mother of two. Maria brings to every presentation a unique combination of cultural insight, professional experience and compassion for adult learners. She has a dynamic, warm and friendly classroom style that facilitates learning as students relax and gain confidence in their ability to learn a second language. With Maria, students are never bored, are encouraged to participate, and inspired to learn. |
