Susan Nadathur is Cross Cultural Encounters principal Spanish language trainer.  Susan is a nationally-recognized author, speaker and Spanish instructor with an established reputation for excellence and innovation in Spanish for health care professionals.  She is a registered nurse with a Masters Degree in Spanish, and is a Certified Childbirth Educator currently teaching at Hospital La Concepción in San Germán, Puerto Rico.  Susan has extensive professional experience and has gained a deep understanding of diverse perspectives on health within the Hispanic community.  She brings to CCE workshops a genuine enthusiasm for the subject, solid experience in Spanish language instruction for adult learners, and a unique, motivational style.

Cross-cultural understanding is a reality in Susans life.  She  is a native New Englander married to an East Indian, raising a daughter in Puerto Rico.  She is currently writing a novel based on her experiences as a foreigner who learned to embrace the special qualities and unique rhythms of life found in India, Spain, and the Caribbean, experiences which have instilled within her a passion for the beauty and mystery of place and people that flavors her writing and inspires her work.  Her multicultural marriage and family have added depth to those experiences and a unique insight into the details of life that she brings to her writing.  To read samples from her work-in-progress,

A native of Lajas, Puerto Rico, Sita adds warmth and charm to our programs.  She is a CCE student-in-training currently working with CCE programs nationwide.  Students enjoy Sita for her enthusiastic participation in training and teaching activities.  She has a youthful energy and enthusiasm that enhances and supports the learning environment.
